Internet banking or online banking

Internet banking or online banking is safe, economical and practical.
You can check your different accounts and make payments from anywhere as long as you have access to Internet.

You usually access your account with your customer or debit card number and the PIN code that you have chosen.
From there, pay your bills like; power, taxes, driver's permit, credit cards and more.
transfers from your different accounts , your credit line. Ask for a loan.
Actually do almost as much as if you were in front of a teller.

Save time and money

Doing internet banking or online business will save you time and money. You can do it any time you want, night or day, week or weekend, year round. You will not have to drive and go out. it will save mileage and costs on your car .

Be cautious

Use caution when doing Internet banking. As much as possible, do it at home on your personal computer. If you have to do it at work, or on a public computer, clear the cache after you have logged out of your session. In Firefox, go to tools in the top menu, then privacy and click on clear cache now. In Internet Explorer go to tools in the top menu, then Internet options, and click on clear cache.

Phising

Beware of Internet phising , some crooks will sometimes send you an e-mail, pretending they are your banker. They will ask you to log to a certain address that looks like the address you log to when doing your internet banking .

It is not; you are redirected to another address where they ask you to confirm your login and password for your account. If you do that, they get a free pass to your account

.

Never follow these links

Your Bank, Credit Card Company, money transfer like Paypal or any other place where you have an account will never ask you to confirm your login or password in an e-mail.
Instead, if you have a login problem, you will have to call them yourself. They will check your identity with various questions, make you choose another password that they will not even know.

They will give you another customer or debit card if the problem is there.
If you ever get defrauded for any reason out of your control the bank will usually quickly refund your account.
