Buy the best healthy food, like fruit and vegetable

Let's start with food. After you have watched the different grocery flyers for a while, you will get used to different specials as they come.

Just by shopping at two or three different supermarkets and picking up the specials can save you as much as 30% or more on your grocery bill.

It is very easy to spend $200.00 or more on grocery per week, a 30% saving is $60.00 not bad!

Watch in season products, they are usually much cheaper, because supply is plentiful.

It is time to make provision and if you feel like it, make preserves.

Buy only what you need.

Just don't buy stuff because it is on special ; ask yourself if you will use it. Buying stuff on special and then wasting it, is worst than buying at full price and use it.

Don't go to the grocery store just before a meal, being hungry will make you buy stuff that you do not need and guess what? You will throw it away! Go to different stores that are close by, driving to far away will cut very fast on the savings that you can make by picking specials at different stores. Driving a car is not free .

Go to the market.

Go to farmer's market, you will get fresh vegetables and fruits, much cheaper than in supermarkets, get the best deals and savings at the end of the day and the best quality early in the morning. You will probably buy a larger quantity so be prepared to freeze or preserve what you don't use right away. Do not let food die in your refrigerator

Better health.

Buy healthy food like fruits and vegetables, shy away from junk and fast food, eat reasonably, you will be in better form and better health, it will help you keep away from doctors and cut on your health bill.

You think you need supplements?
